Simone Tosi studied law at the University of Lucerne, where he developed a particular interest in intellectual property and unfair competition law. After graduating in 2019, he completed his legal internship and the bar exam in the Canton of Ticino and was admitted to the bar in 2021. He then worked for a pharmaceutical company based in Ticino and for the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) in Bern, where he was able to deepen his knowledge of intellectual property law, in particular trademark law.
Simone Tosi has been working at Isler & Pedrazzini AG since August 2022, where he advises clients in all areas of trademark law.
