Nadia Fiechter represents and advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, particularly trademark and unfair competition law. As a member of the contracts team at Isler & Pedrazzini AG, she is actively involved in drafting and negotiating intellectual property contracts, including co-existence, license, and confidentiality agreements, as well as research and development contracts.
Nadia Fiechter studied law and economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During her studies, she worked at a Zurich-based law firm specializing in antitrust law and obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in International Competition Law and Compliance. After graduating in 2019, she completed her legal internship at a law firm in St. Gallen, after which she worked first as an auditor and then as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of First Instance of the Canton of St. Gallen (VRK). She was admitted to the bar in the Canton of St. Gallen in 2023.
Prior to joining Isler & Pedrazzini AG in 2026, she worked as an attorney-at-law at a large commercial law firm in Zurich, specializing in intellectual property law, particularly patents, trademarks, and geographical indications as well as product regulation.
