Matthias Bebi has been a lawyer at Isler & Pedrazzini since April 2011 and a partner since 2017. He advises clients in all areas of trademark law, with a particular focus on legal issues relating to domain names in addition to trademark, company and unfair competition law.
Matthias Bebi studied law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 1994). He subsequently worked as a law clerk, initially at the District Court of Uster and the High Court of Zurich. He successfully passed the bar exam in the Canton of Zurich in 1998. This was followed by postgraduate studies at the University of San Diego (USA), where he graduated with an LL.M. in 2000. Before joining Isler & Pedrazzini, Matthias Bebi worked as an attorney at a large commercial law firm in Zurich and for almost 10 years as a trademark attorney at a law firm specializing in trademark law.
Matthias Bebi has headed the trademark and legal department of Isler & Pedrazzini AG since 2021.
