Ladina Adank represents clients in all areas of trademark law and unfair competition law.
Primarily focused on trademark law, Ladina Adank advises and represents clients in the development of trademark strategies, in trademark prosecution and in contentious proceedings, with a focus on opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and the Federal Administrative Court.
In addition, Ladina Adank assists clients with all matters related to copyright and unfair competition law, and provides comprehensive advice on other intellectual property rights, including company names and domain names. As a member of the contracts team at Isler & Pedrazzini AG, she also handles the drafting of intellectual property agreements, conducts related negotiations, and oversees the practical implementation of these agreements.
Ladina Adank earned her law degree at the University of Basel (BLaw 2015-2018, MLaw 2018-2020). During her studies, she worked as a paralegal and legal assistant in a law firm in Basel, as well as for a legal tech startup in Zurich. She completed several legal internships in various law firms and served as a research assistant at the Center for Law and Economics at ETH Zurich. Following her studies, she completed her legal traineeship from 2020 onwards, in preparation for the Swiss bar exam, with a focus on litigation and private clients at a law firm in the Canton of Graubünden. She subsequently obtained her bar admission in the Canton of Graubünden. From October 2021 to December 2024, Ladina Adank worked as a law clerk ad hoc at the regional Court of Albula. Ladina Adank joined Isler & Pedrazzini AG in 2021.
